What Weapon Familiarity do you need to use a Taser?

It depends on the type of taser. The kind that shoots little metal darts with wires is probably Small Arms. The kind you touch to someone's skin is probably, oh, Clubs, or Fist-Loads, or a Common Melee Weapon category of its own. For all I know there are other types, too. ;)
