Regeneration and physical limitations

Hi,

Could I build a character with both a regenerative power (healing, self-only, reduced endurance, persistent, extra time 1 hour) and a physical limitation that requires specialized mediacl attention - cannot heal? Is it possible?

The character would be some self-repairing robot, but its self-repair system could be destroyed, and then necessitate external cares.

Note: I took the ideas for the two things on different writups form Susano's site.

Sure, unless the GM says otherwise. The Physical Limitation simply trumps the Healing Regeneration for specific purposes or in specific circumstances (just like if a character takes Physical Limitation: has lost one leg, he can't using Healing Regeneration to regrow that leg).
