ok one of my player make a new spell for is warlock and i want the spell with the concentration with 0 dcv (is a powerfull spell) now we are at segment 12 and he cast that spell who take a half -phase (attack) to do it now when exactly the warlock gonna see is dcv came back to is normal

On his next Phase usually. the GM can rule otherwise.

If this is an attack spell, or a full phase spell, then he'll be at 0 DCV until his next phase. Otherwise, when he takes his next half-phase action, he'll return to his normal DCV.

[Killer Shrike]

The DCV penalty lasts until the next phase; however if the character Aborts their next action (following the normal rules for doing so), their DCV will reset as part of the Abort.
