I have a character, who was experimented on by Telios, who mixed the characters body with some of Masquerades (from ckc) dna. So now he has shapeshifting powers similar to masquerade. The characters original face is disfigured,it now looks similar to Questions from DC Universe. Now that char can change his appearence at will, does he still get any disad points for his original face being screwed up.

If the power is Persistent, I'd say no. If it shuts off when he's asleep, or stunned or KO'd, then I'd say yes, but Easily Concealable.

as long as he spends the majority of his time or there is a way to reveal it then yes, but it would be modified based on the various modifiers under DF (Such as detectable with special gear)
