The Echoes of Heaven Preorders have shipped.

I’ve now shipped all preorders for Echoes of Heaven. Now, officially, no orders are “pre” any longer. They should all just ship the next business day. There's one order paid with an e-check that hasn't actually come in yet, but other than that, everything's fulfilled.

I read Ulcer and Ice on my lunch break today... if the setting is anywhere near as cool as those two stories I'm gonna like it a mega-ton.
