In Fred you find in the sidebars a spell that summons 128 150 point demonhorde army; why are those 150 points allocated?
How do you use them? is it same that what i have guessed below using multiform and wereforms
(sidebar p 143 for demonhorde)

Suppose i have such multiform: werewolf or a dracoform amulet; Must i create again a creature/characters with 500 points (if those points are presents in those forms) if i want to play such multiform?

OK, now I see what you're asking.

The allocation of the points is up to the player or GM -- one of them has to build the Summoned creature when the character buys the power. If I were creating those same powers today, I'd use a specific creature from The HERO System Bestiary with specific point totals. Since I didn't have that resource at the time, I just chose what seemed to me like enough points to build the beings in question. ;)
