I just wanted to say that although I really liked the 5th Edition Champions book I really missed the two characters Crusader and Starburst so with that in mind I decided to go ahead and make up Starburst according to Fred

Wait a minute, if the flash is linked to the wide Lazer (er, laser) blast, then shouldn't they be in the same slot? otherwise, looks fine.

You can Link powers outside of a Power Framework to powers within a Power Framework. You just cannot Link to different slots within a Power Framework together.
