Follow up on breakout roll

I have a mentallist that does images. She also has powers that are used to "simulate" the attacks of the images.

So if I create a image of a gunman. After the breakout roll for the image, would attacks hits him from the images, bought as a EB or ego attack, cause further breakout rolls?

Images doesn't have a Breakout Roll. Characters just get PER Rolls on occasion to perceive the Image as an Image. Whether inflicting damage "via" an Image would allow for another PER Roll is up to the GM. As long as the damage from the attack matches what the Image portrays, I suspect most GMs wouldn't allow for another roll, but to each his own. ;)
