I'm looking to see if anyone has created package deals for the races shown in Legion of Superheroes (pre-Zero Hour).

Not necessarily the uber-powerful ones like the Daxamites, but the more obscure ones like Coluans, Cargggites and Talokians.

Nobody has that I know of. Of course, there are some amazingly large racial packages that have to be made up. Each Imskian is an Ant Man, wow! The entire Tromian race could change eny element to any other element... permanently. Whooo! That's one heck of a package, luckily they're extinct (or almost so). The Braalians magnetic abilities, Durlan shape shifting and even the Bismollians ability to consume any material and turn it into life sustaining energy would create quite a large racial package.

If you're going to make any of them, better start out with a barrel full of points.

Ooh - you guys are good. :)

I'm getting together a list of the planets first and then I'll come up with packages for the natives. I'm hoping to come up with a kind of modified 4th edition LOSH (before Zero Hour).

Writeups of Legion members are a useful resource. Of course, many Legion members are more powerful than most representatives of their races, but at least they can be used as a guide.

There are a lot of writeups here:
http://www.sysabend.org/champions/gnborh/groups/gnborh-DC-LSH.html

They may or may not be to your taste, but a lot of the work has already been done.

Try that as a reference then.

Thanks. I've got the 2995: Legion Sourcebook to reference characters as well. I'm hoping to see what the LOSH universe would have been like if Zero Hour hadn't happened. I'm putting the time ahead to 3001 (Six Years Later).

It's my attempt to create a Star Hero game crossed with Galactic Champions etc. Might not work... but I got to reading the comics again and you know....

I'm also going to 'age' the Legion which will affect their characteristics and powers etc. For example, in 3008 Thom Kallor would be 52 years old and Rokk and Lydda's kid, Pol, would be 14.

You might try here for some details. I don't remember off-hand but I believe some of these were comic book alien races?
