Question about Stronghold

Will we be seeing some kind of Package Deal for Super Heroes who work along side the law, on the city/state/national levels?...Something like what was in the 4th edition version of Dark Champions

Looks like g-a beat me to the punch. The "villains and the law" chapter does include a discussion of sanction (or lack thereof) and its legal consequences, but no Package Deal.

There's a similar package in UNTIL for heroes that are associated or work directly for UNTIL.
