Autofire Missile Deflection

If I shoot a character with missile deflection using my autofire assault does he roll once verses the entire attack or would he have to roll verses each attack separately?

This has not yet come up in a game of mine however I am making a Villain with missile deflection and one of the Heroes has autofire.
