it also depends on how complex the system around him is. You could have "powers" that run from said OAF laptop, but I'm just lacking all kinds of relevant data to know precisely what you need or what it should be doing.

Yes, there will be skill levels with Programming and Systems op included.
I plan on giving it charactreristiscs, it's not an AI but will have an INT, DEX, and SPD.
Should have some Programs and skills (I'm thinking Security Systems (only Internet Security, like Doormouse himself has), Systems Operation, etc.

I'd like some Cyberworld type powers representing a firewall, stealth, hacking, etc. I think there may be a build in Dark Champions, but I could be wrong.
