Summon question

Okay, I got draged into the summons debate going on, and an interesting point has arising about the SUmmon specific person:

If you have it on your summons, does that mean you get to choose who you summon? In otherwords are you stuck with one person or can you do the "I Call you Pikachoo" Okay Pikachoo enough "I CALL YOU Charmander"?
