Looking for some Hero gaming. Prefer westside (Beaverton/Hillsboro/NW or SW Portland ok also). If I can't find anything else I can haul it out east, but how often I can make it drops off significantly in that case. I'm really looking to get into a new campaign; I've found it's harder to get into a new group with an existing campaign. There's a definite feeling of third-wheelness.
I'm in north Hillsboro, and the closer the gaming the more often I can show up (potentially weekly in Hillsboro/Aloha and points west; weekly to bi-weekly in Beaverton; bi-weekly at best further out than that).

I guess Boise is completely out of the question then? ;)
Good luck finding something. :)

Heh, I could make it out there once about every six years or so. :D
Good luck finding something. :)
Thanks!

Howdy! I'm in the Aloha area. Drop me a pm and we'll coordinate a meet n' greet.

Isn't Ocelot in that zone as well?

Why not coordinate at GameStorm.
That way some of Seattle folks that are coming down could meet you.

Well, Gamestorm sounds like a great idea I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it, let alone would Gamestorm be easy to locate each other.
I still think that perhaps a local gathering at a semi-food oriented establishment would be easy and quick and suitably public to facilitate an escape from.
But then, from the number of responses I've seen here and elsewhere, I'm alone in my thought.
So, aside from Gamestorm, anyone willing to suggest a venue for meeting up?

Well presumably people who like Hero could be found in the decent-sized collection of Hero System games happening at the Con.
You might even run across people who don't know about the Boards at all, or who know them, but don't use them.
Just a thought.

As long as I continue to be beholden to Our Lady of Perpetual Brokeness, I don't think my going to any restaurants and the like for meetups would be a good idea.
