Dispel KB resistance?

OK, you can dispel any other power, and KB resistance is technically a power, but it's a power that, for lack of a better term, feels like a characteristic.

The power in question was bought as Dispel KB resistance, does KB, double KB, which seems a cheap and easy way to more or less remove your opponent from the field quickly. Submitted by a player, not sure it's kosher or not.

I'm not sure I understand what the question is. If the question is, is it possible/legal to Dispel Knockback Resistance, the answer is "Yes." Whether the GM's going to allow Does Knockback and Double Knockback on that power is another question, no doubt. ;)
