Ghost Rider

Just saw the film 'Ghost Rider'. It was fairly mediocre but I've liked the character since I first saw him in an X-Men comic.

Was wondering if anyone had built him or thought of how to do it. This is either Johny Blaze or Daniel Ketch BTW.

I suppose his hellfire could be an energy blast with variable foci, perhaps it could be built as a naked advantage?

The bike of course has Flight - only when touching a surface. Since it seems to be able to move around on its own perhaps the bike could be a summon.

Then there are various defences + regeneration.

Penance Stare sounds like an Ego Attack to me. Perhaps NND with the defence being a life of virtue and kindness?

So everyone. How would you do it?

I don't have time to dig into em right now, but I think there are a couple samples of Ghost Rider in the old Red October files (I think Shelley McInyntre is hosting them) and on Susano's site.

That Penance Stare, run in a Champions campaign exactly as portrayed in the movie and in the books, would be really unbalanced. Technically, ANYONE who had any sins or misdeeds in their past would be in for a serious (and likely fatal) burning. You'd probably have to tone it down, or maybe even limit it to an NPC.
