Trying to convert one system into another is a bit of a challenge.

I tried to do this with Dragonquest awhile ago and found out it is almost easier to develope your on gaming system then do the conversion with every problem covered.

You might find the Kazei 5 PDF useful, as it contains quite a bit of cyber, weapons, armor, and the like.
