One More on Summon

Assume my character summons a specific person. That person has been hospitalized in a full body cast. If my character uses Summon, would he get this poor sucker in a full body cast, or revitalized and healed. [I say the former, but there's some disagreement.]

You get the specific being in his current state of existence, that being (in this case) full body cast-o-rama. ;)
