Running in Racial Packages

How do you buy down running for racial packages? Seems like the Powers tab doesn't let ya.

Use the Characteristics tab, which lists Running, Swimming, and Leaping.

The Characteristics tab doesn't get ported into a Prefab. Maybe I'm just lazy, but I'd like to be able to create NPCs far too quickly... click! As I understand Prefabs at the moment, you can't buy down running.

If what you're looking for is a character "template" to use as a starting point for NPCs (or whatever), then just save it as a character file.

When you want to make a character of that type, open the character file and do a "Save As...".
