Computer Question

Can a character buy a computer that can control some of his powers? Does it matter if the powers are bought as a foci?

What I am trying to do is create a character who has a suit of Powered Armor, the Armor can however act without anyone in it, I was thinking this sounded like a computer in his Foci but was not sure if it was legal...

Obviously it's possible to build computers that control equipment and the like; witness all the published vehicular computers. Whether a GM wants to allow that for characters is up to him.
