vs PD Setting in Energy Blast

Is there a way to have Hero Designer display the "vs PD" setting when you set your Energy Blast to use that? As it stands right now, if you change your EB to work vs PD, that change doesn't show up in exported character files or in the powers list when looking at the character sheet in the program. The only time you can see it, as far as I can tell, is when you edit the power.

I know the easy work around is to just add "vs PD" in the description of the power or in it's name. But I'm wondering if there's a way to have the export templates to show that setting.

I've been wondering this, too. I'd also like to have the Special Effect display if it's something other than default...

That is entirely up to the export format chosen. The default does not display that information as it is not a part of the Writers' Guidelines.

Off the top of your head is there an export template that makes use of the special effects and/or vs PD setting?

No idea, but the tags are there.

SFX has it's own tag (actually, a set of tags for fine-grained control over the output).

vs PD/ED is simply the INPUT tag for any given ability.

Thanks. I thought i'd ask just in case you knew of one, to save me the trouble of running through each export template and seeing if any of them use the tags.

Looks likes it's time to whip up a quick character and do some testing.

Going through the Export templates that I have, I only found 2 that displayed the "vs PD" or the SFX.
