Move Through only PD

What's a good value for the "Only vs self-inflicted Move Through Damage" limitation for PD, assuming there isn't an official version somewhere around? I know I've seen that many times, but I can't for the life of me find it now. =/ I'm thinking -1.

This appears in The Ultimate Brick as "Rhino Resilience", "Only To Protect Against Damage Sustained When Performing Move Bys/Throughs," at -1.

Officially, it's -1 and works on self inflicted Move-By and Move Through damage.

Only Protects Against Damage From Collisions is the -1/2 version and works against accidental collision damage as well.
