Hi Steve.

Headscratcher for me, thought you'd probably know if anyone does...

Q: What are the benefits/effects of applying Invisible Power Effects, Hide Effects of Power to a Constant Movement power?

I.e., Teleport IPE Hide Effects, or Flight IPE Hide Effects or Run IPE Hide Effects?

It seems like the character would move, but that it would look like they hadnt, leaving an image of the character where they started from until thier next Phase, or at least until the end of the Segment, but this seems a bit strange mechanically.

Im totally baffled actually and am considering calling in sick so I can go back to bed and let the massive headache this has generated subside :D

Thanx!

In the first place, I should point out that Teleportation is an Instant Power, and thus not relevant to the question. That oughtta ease the headache a little. :)

I can't really see any reason to place IPE on a Movement Power. The character is obviously moving, and IPE certainly can't create an illusion of the character standing back at his starting point or anything like that. I won't say it's an illegal application, since you never know what someone might come up with, but in general I'd say the two don't go together well. ;)
