Hi I was wondering does Hero games still own the rights to the fictional drugs that was featured in the first Dark Champions rpg, such as Pixie I want to use it in a comic that I want to create as a street drug.

Um people the drug Pixie is in Justice not law source book of the original Drak Champions RPG series, I want to know if Hero Games still own the rights to this fictional drug?.

The Hero Games folks are all on the way to Origins, thus the questions aren't getting answered.

While I'm not speaking definitively for the company, the answer to that question is almost assuredly, yes.
