I've been trying to figure out how to make a vehicle multiform without making a separate sheet for each form that it has.
The idea was to have a land vehicle that has both a jet and a submarine form.
Any ideas on how to do something like this? I'm fairly new to the system, so bear with me on this.

If you're using the Multiform Power, then you'll need separate character sheets.
To get the effect you want without separate sheets, just put the three Movement Powers (Ground Movement, Flight, and Swimming) into a Multipower, for which the Special Effect is the change in form.

Isn't there a Power Advantage for Flight that allows it to be used underwater?

Isn't there a Power Advantage for Flight that allows it to be used underwater? There's the general Usable As Second Mode Advantage applicable to any Movement Power. (I forget the exact name right offhand and I'm too lazy to break open my books and hunt it down in this heat.) But I don't think that would accurately represent what Darenkel's trying to do.

Usable As Another Mode is a +1/4 Advantage.
Most often seen as Usable As Swimming on Flight.
As for the "changing form vehicle" that can go from car to boat - Just buy multiple movement powers or apply the above Advantage to one Power.
Adding Lockout to Powers that can't be used in certain modes could also be a good idea.
The rest as SFX.

That sounds good. I mean, I want it to change form, but in minor ways only.
Say you have a Nanotech Motorcycle (land vehicle) that can sprout wings (ex. short in front, long in back) for flight or the wind visor expands into a bubble that envelopes the driver/passengers.
So in other words, minor changes, nothing that would change the size, really. Just so you know what I'm referring to...
