Drawing on multiple resources

Is it possible to put the "Costs END" limitation on a power that's been defined as drawing off of an END reserve, thus forcing the character to draw from both sources if the power is going to work? If not, then how do you do it? -- Pteryx

You'd need to use some sort of Limited Power, not Costs Endurance, but this is certainly something a GM could allow if he felt it was appropriate and not potentially unbalancing.
