Steve, in answer to JmOz's question about No Range, you replied:

"No Range" generally means "in the same hex as the character." Of course, speaking "realistically" it can also mean "within the character's reach," which may extend things if the character has Stretching or Growth, but I'll leave that to GMs to interpret based on common sense.

Just to be clear: a ranged attack Power that takes "No Range" can be used against targets in the same hex as the possessor of the Power, and against targets in adjoining hexes, same as for normal HTH combat, right?

Seems obvious, but you know what they say about "assume." ;)
