New Bulletin Board format

Will the next update to Hero Designer include the file format to cut-and-paste characters you create into this board?

Also, how does one cut-and-paste Hero Designer characters into the e-mail list and e-mail in general?

The current bulletin board print template works fine except the messages are limited to 10000 characters.
