She's a two headed, four armed brick with mental powers. Her two brains can function independently but are very good coordinating with each other though occasionally she argues with herself as they have slightly different personalities. Her mental powers only function when she's "together" but she can split herself into two weaker but faster beings that, aside from a mental link and minor dangersense have no mental powers.

I've thought about how to build this. Duplication with her mental powers limited? Or a build with Follower or some sort?

Any other suggestions?

Duplication AND multiform. Go for it :D

Maybe the main character (the two-headed person) has Duplication (become two people), Mental Powers bought with the Limitation that they don't work when Duplicated (so the two people aren't mentalists), and creative Psych Lims (she behaves like two different personalities and might waste Phases arguing with herself, etc.).

And Extra Limbs. ;)

Hmm...unless I am overcomplicating things here, it seems to me the Two-Headed Form (that can coordinate mental powers) and the Two Weaker Faster Forms are both seperate uses of Duplication. I would buy Duplication twice as follows.

Duplication 1 - Two-Headed Form: Duplication, Cannot Recombine (-0) (see option on 5ER pg. 156.)
If you use Cannot Recombine to simulate a body with multiple parts that can attack or function semi-independently (such as a hydra), if one of the Duplicates takes Knockback (or is otherwise moved or similarly affected), all of the Duplicates take the same amount of Knockback (or suffer the same eff ect) — in other words, the “whole character” is affected.

Duplication 2 - Two Weaker Faster Forms: Multiform (into a Weaker Faster Form without mental powers aside from Mind Link and Danger Sense) with the new form having Duplication (for the second Weaker Faster Form).

I think this will do what you want it to. Hope I helped.

Edit: With the above Cannot Recombine construct, you can already attack seperately with each Duplicate so you would not need Extra Limbs for the Four Arms. Just define each Duplicate as having Two Arms and a Head but sharing everything else.
