Who is your favorite goblin?

Norman Osborn was a millionaire industrialist who gained heightened strength and intelligence when he breathed a gas his company was developing for the military. He also lost his sanity and began zipping around NYC in an armored Halloween costume as the Green Goblin. He was arguably Spider-Man's greatest foe. When the original died, his son, Harry Osborn, temporarily took on the role to avenge his father.

The Hobgoblin was one of a series of shadowy criminals who discovered and exploited Osborn's hidden weapons caches, ditching Osborn's purple and green duds for a medieval orange hood and cloak. While lacking the original Goblin's superhuman abilities, the Hobgoblin(s) made numerous technological improvements on Osborn's original weapons systems. He also managed to give Spidey a hard time before being unmasked.

"Norm!"
"After noon everybody..."
"How's life treating you Gobby?"
"Oh, it's a 'get the Spider' world and I'm wearing DDT deoderant..."

Gotta go with Hobgoblin for sentimentality's sake. One of the best storylines of Spiderman at the time. The Rose, Hobgoblin, Jack O'Lantern...man, good times. The TPB is worth buying if you can find those old storylines....
