I need some Hero Players/GMS for a FTF gaming demos here in Durham NC. Hopefully there should be some in Raleigh,Durham,Chapel Hill or RTP[If there are any]who should have some HERO genre books for reference to help a niovice GM who's been playing online for almost a decade.

The LoH is kind of moribund these days (sadly). What kind of help are you looking for? I'm nowhere near NC, but if it's just advice or adventure ideas you're looking for, there's plenty of people on the boards who'd be happy to lend a hand. :)
