in dark champions the urban abyss there was a refference to a pulp era dark champion named golden tiger has anyone written him up?

origin the masked wrestler golden tiger always liked playing the hero role.
a little too much sometimes, as he found himself helping people outside the ring while using his mask and ringname despite objections from the wrestling organization he worked for.
originally the masked man was charged with interferring in police buisness during a murder investigation ,but the charges were dropped when it was learned he had been recruited by the victims widow as a temporary bodyguard .
while guarding the widow he learned that a rejected suitor had committed the murder and after subduing him he turned the killer over to the hcpd afterward the dept. gave him a P.I licence so he could continue to help and have an ocupation if his wrestling carrer failed

I'm not familiar with the Urban Abyss but with a name like 'The Golden Tiger' I would have gone with British Father, Indian mother ostracized as a child in India, learned a combination of Chilambattam (Stick-Fighting) and Dhanurveda (Archery) which he converted to a rifle style (Maybe two pistols, there are dual wield varients of Chilambattam). Have his parents whacked by an uprising in India and him tracking the ringleaders to Hudson City; Either achieving his justice or still looking for it he becomes a nice feature in HC in the 30's.
