Inherent & Always On

Is there a case in which you would apply BOTH "Inherent" AND "Always On" to a power?
-Or are they mutually exclusive?

Per 5E 69, an Inherent Power must be Always On as well (though that rule needs to be relaxed, since there are instances, including published ones, where a simply Persistent power qualifies for Inherent). So, yeah, there are plenty of cases. ;)
