Hello, I would like to propose the following rule for Power Skills in 6th Edition.
Characters should not use Power Skills to create the same power stunt more than once or twice, unless the player is willing to spend character points to buy the power. If a character point is paid every time the character uses the same (or very similar) power stunt, this restriction is waived. Character points expended this way count against buying the stunt as a new independent power or framework or a new slot in an existing power framework.
