I cannot seem to find them on any of the tabs. Where did they go?

You know, Scholar, Scientist, Jack of All Trades, Linguist, Well Connected.

One should not be editing an AI character when one goes hunting for such things. Here I am about to come back and tell you that you are smoking something and flip to the Char page and <oops>, let me swap to a normal character and find the menus right where they belong.
