Greetings everyone. I'm an old returner to the system (having played in the 3rd edition a while back). I have a question regarding a limitation to major transformation.

The effect of the player's power is the target is frozen in time -- the transform is "healed" if the target takes any damage (which breaks the effect "bubble"). The player didn't want the freeze to be immensely long, and since she had to stuff the 5d6 transform into a small number of points, I worked backward on the time chart for recovery.
Thus, I applied a -1 3/4 limitation to major transform in order to speed up the recovery by 7 levels -- the target gets REC back in body every minute (instead of REC every month)

My question is: is this limitation too cheap? to expensive? Just right? Thanks.

If you'll check the Rules FAQ, you'll see that it recommends the exact same method you came up with. Great minds think alike, soft minds run together. :)
