Good day, Mr. Long. Really enjoying FH - you have a right to be proud.
Hope you don't mind a minor math question, but this came up yesterday during power building and I wondered if there was an official ruling:
Say you're building a power with Invisible Power Effects to one Targetting and one Non-Targetting sense group (+3/4 Advantage), but you only want the SFX of the Power to be Invisible, not the source. By 5E p. 169 you halve the Advantage, but in this case that's 3/8, right on the fulcrum between 1/4 and 1/2.
I know that the book recommends always rounding in the character's/player's favor, but the jump from 3/4 to 1/4 is rather large. So, would you recommend rounding up to +1/2 or down to +1/4?
Thanks as always. :)
