I posed this question in another thread (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6801), and thought I might get more feedback here.
Gold Rush Games is ramping up to release the San Angelo line very shortly, and I was wondering how many of you would be interested in the character packs for HD?
Mark and I have discussed the possibility of releasing them, but haven't discussed it with Steve so right now I'm fishing for the level of desire. If enough people are interested, we might be able to offer them.
So what do you say; are you interested?

Yep, I'd buy 'em. :)

Maybe I should have made this a poll... 13 views only one answer.

Thanks Derek!

Come on folks, even a no answer is valuable.

Not me. I don't buy any of the packs. Frankly I don't use enough of the write ups to make it worth the cost. I may steal lots of ideas but rarely do I take something as it stands...I also like writing up stuff myself. The only pack I have even remotely considered was the Bestiary as those I use as written and it might be nice to modify those for use in a session...

Re: SA. The product is great...don't get me wrong...I just think the character write ups are terrible. Sorry for the strong opinion but I really think most are poorly thought out and defined. There are many typos, forgotten stuff, non-intuitive powres/abilities, etc. Hopefully the new write ups for FREd will be a bit better. ;)

Polls, bah.

I would buy them if I was running a San Angelo game. At this point I'd say that's not likely, so the answer you're looking for is "not likely".

I buy all the packs. Except the most recent couple (too damn many books come out in July/August). But, I decide based on each pack individually, "do I need this? Is this worth the expence?"

I might or might not buy a SA pack. Depends on the characters. I know Durnin's making them, so they should be math corrected, so that's a plus.

But, really, I have to see it to buy it.

So, possibly yes. quite probably yes. Not definately yes.
