Making a summons at 473 points (should be 95 active points) with a +1/4 advantage. This should total to 119 points, instead it is showing 118

running version 1.47

473/5 = 94.6

No rounding occurs (this is not a calculation, according to Steve).

94.6 * (1+1/4) = 94.6*1.25 = 118.25

118.25 is rounded, per the Rounding Rules to 118

Correction, I just talked to Steve and he wants the initial division by 5 to be treated as a calculation for Summon (with Rounding Rules applied).

I'll make the adjustment for the next update.
