Transfer needs another option

Transfer needs two variable effects, it only has one

The situations in which you would need to use more than one Variable Effect Advantage are so few and far between that it is not worth complicating the program for everyone else to accomodate it.

Use "Custom Modifier" and rename it to Variable Effect for the second one.

I'm working on ways to handle "exclusive" modifiers which can be applied 0-2 times, but that will not make its way into the app until version 2.

Just a quick followup on this one: I do have a fix put in for this on v2 (two varying effect modifiers)....but it relies on some of the new functionality, so I can't transfer it over to v1. At least, not without more work than it's worth at this point.

On v1, if you use a Custom Mod, you should be fine. V2 will have a more elegant solution.
