Find Weakness (Only Vs. STUN)

Can Find Weakness be limited to only affecting the STUN damage that gets through a target's defenses? The special effect example I can think of is a martial strike aimed at a nerve cluster. It lets more STUN through to hit the target there, but not the BODY damage.

If so, what would be the limitation value?

Well, you can do pretty much anything you want if the GM will allow it. ;) There's nothing per se in the description of Find Weakness that would forbid something like this, though I suspect many GMs would look upon it dubiously. I probably wouldn't allow more than -1/4 for something like this, though other GMs might differ.
