How are these items created in this book? One example is a potion where there is no unctrollable, independent, usable on others advantages? How do you share an item like that with other people?

A Universal Focus with a Charge (or Charges) that can only be replenished in the workshop.

If you feel that would be abusive, feel free to make alchemists take further power advantages/limitations. Personally, I think it is balanced if the potions are difficult enough to produce.

If you want to see how the spells and such in the book are created, my best suggestion is: buy the book. I doubt I can accurately summarize a 150,000 word book for you here, so I'm not going to try.

Ive downloaded the playtest document and all I can say is it will be well worth the price.

Why don't you just post each one of the spells here in the Forums? One post for each spell so we can easily reference them. Oh, and I need them tonight.
