So my character can boost and enhance others' (and his own) characteristics and/or powers. Basically Aid without limitation of 1 characteristic. Not sure if VVP or multipower is the right way to go. In the end I think I might have to use two different pools in the end.
This will also be my first time using VVP and multipowers. So if I could get some advice and help.
I am buying Hero Designer next paycheck so, in the end this should be a lot easier.
Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure that a power framework is even necessary.
75 The 3M Effect (Making Things Better Since 1902): Aid Any single Characteristic or Power 3d6+1 (standard effect: 10 points), Can Add Maximum Of 39 Points, any [special effect] power one at a time (+1/4), Delayed Return Rate (points return at the rate of 5 per 5 Minutes; +1/2) (75 Active Points)
Notes: The +1 Pip is not getting counted properly by HDv3. The maximum Aid to a single ability is 40 points which would normally take 4 applications of the power.
If you still want to use a framework to build the ability see the VA/MP/VPP comparison (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=890486&postcount=41) from my sig below for a brief comparison of them.

If you do decide to use Variable Power Pool you might want to work out how many d6's you get for at least some of the characteristics to save yourself a headache and speed things up.

I thought that you could only assign 1 characteristic to 1 Aid power. Meanign it had to be "Aid STR" "Aid Spd" "Aid Int".

Wow, second time today. Negative, Ghost Rider. There's a modifier called "Variable Effect," that allows you to adjust the number of things you can modify with Aid. By itself, yes, it's Aid a Thing. With Variable Effect, you can Aid [a single thing, one at a time] or [a bunch of things at once]. Very useful widget.

That is true, unless you tack on the Advantage: Any 1 Power Of SFX. It is listed in the section on Adjustment Powers. You can expand the scope of any adjustment power with various advantages listed there.
Thia beat me to it. (8^D)
