I'm trying to create a character who has endless eyebeams like Cyclops, except he can modulate and focus the ray to accomplish several effects (an attack multipower). How would I create such a power?:confused:

Multipower. Buy 0 END on the base points (and always on if desired), then a slot for each effect.
