Steve: If a character has a wand of invisibility that can be taken away, and is quite obvious while the spell is being cast (but not afterwards) is it an OAF or IAF focus?

If the invisibility covers the Focus, it should not be an Obvious Focus. As always, the GM could make an exception if he felt that was appropriate.
