okay, one more time for us idiots... Well... Okay, for me.
The question regards advantages on a Hand-toHand Attack.
If a character w/STR 30 has a 2d6 HA with Penetrating, how is the damage resolved? Does the penetrating advantage add to all 8 dice or would it max out at 4d6 (2x the HA dice)?
