I debated about which forum to post this in, but I suppose it will do.
TheEmerged, I just checked out your blogspace Hero stuff. Very impressive. I haven't finished reading all of it yet but I am curious as to your campaign setting.
I have been working for a while gathering maps and relevent geographical data for fleshing out my Cincinnati-based campaign world. Have you (or any other Cincinnatians reading this) done any work in this arena? As campaign cities go, Cincinnati is great. Big enough to hold a campaign but small enough to map. :p
It's small enough that if there is action at Northgate Mall, everyone is familiar with it and can get there in a matter of minutes. With Nova registration and enforcement such a touchy subject, it's great to have such a cumbersome and ineffective city council to write our own laws. We have a pedigree of racial tension (which is easily transferable to Nova-normal relations). The slow-moving city council would assure Cincinnati would be one of the last US cities to adopt whatever policies are in place in the rest of the country (world?).
Anyway, I would be happy to hear your thoughts. Again, kudos on your site. Smashing good read. I will ..er..reapply much of your hard work because that's just the kind of lazy bastard I am:D
