Ranged Advantage/limitation

Can a power take the ranged advantage (+1/2) be placed in a MP with the Limited Range, max range 16" (-1/4) limitation?

I don't understand the question.

I think what you're trying to ask is this: If a character has a Multipower and takes the Limited Range (-1/4) Limitation on the Multipower as a whole, can he then buy a slot in that Multipower that has the Ranged (+1/2) Advantage? The answer to that is No, he has to take the Limited Range (+1/4) Advantage and define the Range as equalling the Range for the Multipower as a whole.
