I have a question regarding the Expanded Vehicle Size Tables in TUV and Star Hero (This would also apply to the Expanded Base Size Table in Star Hero as well).
Wouldn't a vehicle/base with a length of 1,600 hexes have a DCV Modifier of -21 instead of -20? According to FRED (under the Growth power) a -2 DCV modifier is added to each doubling of size. An 800 hex-long vehicle is listed with a modifier of -19.
Is this an errata? If so, several of the entries in the above mentioned tables need to be adjusted.
