I'm trying to make a 250 point clone of the invisable girl and I got a question.
In the comic she uses her forcewall agressivly.
Is it possable to make a forcewall do a move thru?
energyblast with damage shield? add running to the forcewall? damage depends on inches of wall movement?
thanks

While not answering your question directly, you might want to take a look at:
http://www.angelfire.com/scifi2/mathew/csinvisiblewoman.html
for an example of a 250pt Invisible Woman.
As for some of your more rule specific questions, you might want to crosspost to the rules forum and see what others come up with there....:D

No. It isn't possible. Her attack is an energy blast.

+ 4 with move through, linked to Forcefield? That is assuming she is charging with the forcefield up, not shooting out force powers.
If she is just shooting out forcefields, go with Clonus on this.

Isn't it really 'hard' to build the invisible woman on 250 points because, ya know, all her powers really should be built with like invisibility to x groups advantage?

Nah, she spent the first year or two with JUST invisibility. So you can do it by skipping the force field powers entirely ;)
The thing with 616 Sue is that he doesn't have much in the way of exceptional stats or skills, so if you are doing a direct translation of the character a good hunk of those 250 points are going right into the Invisible Force Field Cosmic VPP...

Stats and skills, you'd want her competitive to your game world.

You can't move a force wall into people to do damage; a force wall does not exert. You can interpose a FW in front of a moving character and when they run into it under their own power they effectively do a move thru against it taking damage normally based on whether they do or do not penetrate the wall.
If you want her to move into people with a force wall up around herself and do damage, then you would buy a Damage Shield linked to the FW. This character doesn't use FW, but he does have a "Kinetic Wave" ability that he uses by running into people: Kamikaze (http://www.killershrike.com/Violators/Kamikaze.html)
If she relies on Force Walls for her own defense (rather than a Force Field called a "force bubble"), then you'll need Indirect on your attacks. This character uses this FW+Indirect pattern and can serve as an example: Dozer (http://www.killershrike.com/Violators/Dozer.html). Note that this pattern is kind of an all-or-nothing defense; if something manages to knock the FW down the character is very vulnerable until they can get an action to re-erect it. On the plus side attacks that cannot penetrate the wall do nothing to the character.
As a complete coincidence, both characters are from the same villain team: Violators (http://www.killershrike.com/Violators/Violators.aspx)

Stats and skills, you'd want her competitive to your game world.
That depends. You can still be plenty competitive with low stats if you are a big enough powerhouse. Which Sue is. Most attacks can't hurt her at all and you don't need to attack often when you do that much damage. She can play in a the classic low speed, high defense, high damage style that we typically think of when talking about Bricks.
Of course, some people my find her boring, while others will focus on her abundant roleplaying opportunities and creative power use. 616-Sue's very clever and quite versatile with her abilites, which is why she's a pretty good case for a huge VPP.
Ultimate/Movie Sue has a bit more to contribute to the team with her genius scientist skill set though.
Sue has also been a hero long enough that you could justify buying her just about any "Every Hero" skill and she potentially has a huge PRE and the incredible social skills that go with it if you chose to go that route...
